Style On Style Up: This Year’s Must-Have Fashions

Although I believe in the idiomatic expression: “don’t judge a book by it’s cover”, I can’t help but to experience that heightened feeling of self-confidence, and to notice that I am treated better by others when I’m professionally dressed and polished.

I am totally into fashion and this year it is necessary that winter apparel is sported to compliment your style and scream out Fashion Diva. I know the importance of keeping up with annual fashion trends. There are so many designers that are offering the year’s most exquisite and unique styles. From Victorian and vintage, to rocker, hippie, and preppy, there’s a style to reflect any individual’s personality.

Each week, I love to zone the internet and fashion magazine’s for the latest ideas for my closet. In some cases you can find similar designer apparel at an affordable price. At www.shopstyle.com, you can type in what you are searching for and you will find a vast amount of trendy choices.

I always like to keep my eyes on outerwear, apparel and jewelry from Express, Guess, and Buckle. They all have what is in the now. This year I am an avid Express t-shirt collector. I love their designs, added sparkles, and the way they are form fitting and compliment any pair of jeans. Express has gorgeous leather like and faux fur jackets, jeans, sweaters and winter vests.

Vignette’s is my favorite boutique, located in downtown Hudson Ohio. They carry very elite apparel, jewelry, and home decor, anywhere from custom order rugs, chandeliers, dinner settings, artistic rod iron decor stands, ornaments, beautifully scented bath soaps and the latest trends of plush winter robes, leather like jackets, sweaters, shoes, purses, and Victorian, elegant, vintage style jewelry created by many designers, one of which includes the unique Couture Revelation designs and labeling.

As for shoe apparel, Journey’s has an array of boot styles that look so hott that I fear some girls may need to stave off hyperventilation, while trying to decide on which pair to buy first. I am loving the open toe boot for late fall / pre-winter and the mid-calf boot with a chunky heel for a fashionable outfit topper during snow season.

My favorite everyday style is always complete with a sparkle t-shirt, paired with my best fitting low back pocket, low rise boot or flare cut jeans, with leather boots and a leather jacket. If I am going out or doing business, I like to add a piece of jewelry to my outfit along with a dress or slacks with leather boots. Sweaters are on my next to get list and because of their amazing selection and top notch styles, Vignette’s and Express will be the stores I buy them from this year.
