Shecky’s Girls Night Out took over The Catalina Hotel on South Beach Yesterday for the first of a two day extravaganza of fun for fashionable gals.

Shecky’s Girls Night Out took over The Catalina Hotel on South Beach Yesterday for the first of a two day extravaganza of fun for fashionable gals. The evening featured delicious complimentary cocktails, courtesy of SkyyVodka and Midori Liquor and free Bud Light and LaCroix sparkling water. Girls came from all over South Florida to sample new products, shop and make new friends.

Some fashion standouts were T-Unikas hand beaded tunics in bright tropical prints, perfect for a glam bikini coverup or night out on the town and Nikki Poulos’ incredible use of prints in flattering dresses and tops.

One of a kind jewelry pieces were snatched up as unique holiday gifts. Nina Loren’s designs were unique and classic, while Just Justine’s leather and stone cuffs were the perfect rocker chick accessory.

Back to the Basiks offered home-made spices and seasonings in great little tins, perfect for stocking stuffers and Yes To Carrots introduced us to soothing beauty products made from carrots, cucumbers and tomatoes – a great way to get your daily intake of veggies! Many, many more vendors offered great chances to shop, most deeply discounted from the normal trendy boutique prices of Miami.

As the evening came to a close, hundreds of girls, still laughing, strutted into the warm South Beach night, clutching their treasures and incredibly stocked Shecky’s Girls Night Out goodie bags(a $100 value), promising to come back for more fun.
